Robert Whitney and his crew came out yesterday to service our water main as it had had a slow leak when we just acquired the house. As a first time home buyer, I was at first worrisome over how long the project would take or if anything may extend it/make it worse, but Robert and his crew alleviated any fears I had by explaining the process, keeping us apprised as needed and being very diligent. They even showed us how important is was to take care of our leak when they found a hole further down the line. This crew deserves a raise and Apex deserves yours consideration if you are looking for any water line work. They were awesome! Would work with again!! Just a shame I can only give 5/5 when they deserve 6/5!!!

Buckeye plumbing arrived on time, completed toilet seal replacement quickly and efficiently. Didn't break the bank. I will contact them again for other plumbing jobs.

Exceptional service!  My kitchen sink backed up on a Thursday evening and I spent Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday morning trying to clear.  Getting nowhere I called and left a message for Drainbusters on Saturday afternoon in the hopes of  trying to get someone to call me back on early Monday and get me on the schedule.  They actually called me back on Sunday and had me on the schedule for Monday.  Ian arrived with the professional tools and got the sink back up and flowing in no time.  The price was very reasonable as well.  I would not hesitate to contact them again if there happen to be future issues.

Our hot water tank was at least 18 years old so when we started to notice that we were running out of hot water we knew it was time to replace it. After discussing our choices we decided to go with a hybrid hot water tank. Yes, it was more expensive. It is supposed to be more efficient and there is a tax rebate.
I got a text saying they would be there between 7 and 9 am; they were there by 7.
It took just over two hours to install. They cleaned up and the tank works great. Too soon to tell if it is saving me money. I am looking forward to the tax credit on next years tax return.  We have plenty of hot water now.

Honest and great work.  Michael, the owner, and one other gentleman came out and replaced water meter for my irrigation system.  They did a great job.  While they were here I asked them to replaced toilet flapper valve and adjusted shower handle.   They did it with smiles and only did what was necessary. Didn't try to sale stuff or want to replace any unnecessary things.  Honest and good work.  Guys, this is the plumber you want.

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out. John came down and fix all of my plumbing problems with the help of Paul which he called later on because he needed a certain tool that he didn't have in hand. Bottom line John have me as a client forever with his honesty and sincerely wanted to take care of his clients. John is a true owner he's passionate,very knowledgeable,personable, have pride in his work and works with integrity. He's a rare find. I've gone thru so many plumbing company and not once have I stay loyal. This is my 2nd time using Plumbing One and will be until I need plumbing service. I trust them and feel very confident with their work. I am telling everyone I know about John & my experience with what he did. Thank you so much John for taking your time to meet with me on after hours. I will be calling you guys soon for my sewage pipe service. I have used G&M several times since buying my first home.  They are professional, personable, and very reasonably priced.  This week my fridge water line sprung a leak - originally I was scheduled for a Friday appointment, but they had an opening so the fix got done two days early - hooray!  They are my go-to for all plumbing issues - highly recommend!

Price gougers. They do good work but they are outrageously expensive. $800 for a replacement kitchen faucet. Ouchers!

My experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing was outstanding, and no money exchanged hands! I scheduled to have an older valve replaced on a shower that backs up to a vanity. The plumber Tim arrived and informed me that the shower backs right into a stud at an odd place in the wall where a bedroom closet/vanity cabinet/air chase meet. He could replace the valve but would have to do a workaround using a different trim and cutting into the marble of the shower. When I told Tim we plan to remodel the bathroom and replace the whole vanity eventually, he suggested I wait until we do that work to get the shower valve replaced. That way, they could do it the right way with less cost to me. His honest assessment of the current repair (i.e., buying the extra trim part, paying for more labor to cut the marble, mess of cutting the marble) was impressive to me. Trustworthy repairpeople are so valuable! When we are ready for our major remodeling, I will hire Ben Franklin Plumbing without hesitation.

So, I accidentally dropped a tube of face wash down the toilet on Monday night. After various attempts of retrieving the tube, I resorted to Yelp for a plumber. I found Hesson Plumbing and enjoyed the reviews. Although I saw that he was available 24/7, I didn't feel that it was necessary to call in an emergency at 11 PM over face wash in the clogged toilet so I decided to wait until the morning. I called at 7 AM and reached voicemail. David (the owner) called back within 15 minutes and got me on the schedule between 11 AM - 1 PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a couple reminder texts and emails about my appointment which I thought was nice. He and Nick showed up promptly at 11 AM and were out at 11:10 AM. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost for those ten minutes of service was $150 which I feel is kind of high, but he advised that it was his minimum service charge fee. After they left, I noticed that the tool they used to push the face wash through the drain left a couple metal scratches at the bottom of our toilet. I would definitely recommend Hesson plumbing again and would consider using them again. My only concern would be the cost. If a 10 minute service call is $150, I can't imagine what something a little more serious would cost.

One additional note and it's silly, but I really liked the quote on the back of David and Nick's long sleeve shirts - Stop Stressin, Call Hesson. Cute!

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional plumbing company I've dealt with. The owner who came by for the estimate was extremely easy-going and friendly. He walked me through the job from beginning to end, and they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling.

Made an emergency call on a Sunday do to our septic backing up. Answered the call and had a technician out within 30-45 mins. He did a great job diagnosing the issue, since it turned out to be a problem with our septic pump and aerator we had to have a septic company out to fix it. He gave us the right direction to go next and really appreciated his help and honesty.

Extremely fast service for our hot water tank going out. The staff was professional and they were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use again.

CLB Plumbing replaced my water heater. They were everything I wanted in a plumber...offered thorough explanation, clean, professional, and dependable. I will be using again if anything else comes up.
